I first contacted Sarah because I wanted to lose around two stone. I’m a cyclist, so I thought exercise alone would do it, but Sarah took a much more balanced approach. She asked me to send over a week’s worth of meals and alcohol intake, then put together a detailed plan that explained both food choices and why they mattered. She also gave me short workouts that fitted into my busy days. The diet is going really well and I’m genuinely enjoying what I eat. So far I’ve lost 11lb in just two weeks.
